Fans of Switched At Birth will soon have to bid farewell to one of their favorite dramas, but no one will miss the show quite as much as Lea Thompson.

When we caught up with the actress who brings Bay and Daphne’s mom, Kathryn Kennish, to life, while visiting the set of Switched At Birth back in March of 2016, Thompson revealed that there’s a lot she’s going to miss about coming to work.

“I’m going to miss everything,” said Thompson. “It was just a really loving, easy, fun, kind group of people.”

Of course, we couldn’t let Thompson go without putting her through the ringer with a special finale edition of our rapid fire question game, Against The Clock. During the fun segment, we gave Thompson 30 seconds to answer some pretty tough questions about her time on the series, and it’s safe to say, she delivered with some pretty great answers!

First up, Thompson revealed that her favorite Switched At Birth episode of all time was the one that she got to direct during season 4 called “Fog and Storm and Rain.”

“We all got stuck in a storm,” recalled Thompson of the episode. “And I got to have a lot of really nice scenes with [actress] Meredith Baxter.”

Switched At Birth has packed its fair share of emotional punches, but it sounds like we haven’t seen anything yet. When we asked Thompson which episode was the most emotional, the actress revealed it’s actually one we haven’t seen yet.

“The 100th episode,” teased Thompson.

Check out our latest edition of Against The Clock featuring Lea Thompson above to hear more from Thompson herself including which souvenir she plans to take home with her on the final day of filming, and which of the cast members she’s planning on keeping in touch with after the series wraps!

Switched At Birth returns to Freeform with new episodes beginning February 14.
