Get ready to jam out to Blake Shelton! The country superstar will be performing at People’s Choice Awards 2017!

In addition to hitting the stage, the longstanding coach on The Voice is also up for quite a few awards this year. The “Boys ‘Round Here” singer is nominated in three categories, including Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Male Country Artist, and Favorite Album.

“Blake Shelton is one of the greatest live performers of all time,” said People’s Choice Awards executive producer Mark Burnett in a statement. “I love this guy and can’t wait for our global audience to watch his brilliance on stage.”

While we’re wishing Shelton the best with both his performance and all of his nominations, we’re especially looking forward to seeing if the fan power was strong enough to secure him the title of Favorite Male Country Artist for the second year in a row. Shelton took home the coveted award in the country music category in 2016. The moment was particularly special because it also marked his first ever People’s Choice Award win.

News of Shelton’s performance comes hot on the heels of another incredibly exciting musical act also set to take the stage on the big night. As we announced on Tuesday (Jan. 10), “Worth It” singers Fifth Harmony will also be hitting the stage to perform at People’s Choice Awards 2017.

With two incredible musical acts set to take the stage, we’ve got a feeling that People’s Choice Awards 2017 is gearing up to be one of the best awards yet!

Hosted by Joel McHale, People’s Choice Awards 2017 is set to air live from the Microsoft Thater in Los Angeles on Wed., Jan. 18, at 9 p.m. ET.
