Actresses Katherine McNamara and Lily Collins had us seeing double when the pair met up at a 2017 Golden Globes after party!

The ladies, who have both portrayed Clary Fray in Cassandra Claire’s immensely popular Mortal Instruments adaptations, met for the first time on Sunday (Jan. 8) night amidst the festivities. They even managed to snap a selfie together before the night was through.

McNamara, who currently plays Clary on Freeform’s Shadowhunters series, uploaded the cute black-and-white photo of herself and Collins to her Instagram on Monday (Jan. 9), garnering tons of buzz from longtime fans of The Mortal Instruments series.

When Clary met Clary… So glad we finally met @lilyjcollins! #GoldenGlobes

“When Clary met Clary…So glad we finally met @lilyjcollins!” wrote McNamara in the caption of the photo.

McNamara may currently play Clary on television, but we’d be hard-pressed to forget Collin’s portrayal of her in 2013’s The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.

While the Collins-led film adaptation didn’t do well enough to merit a big screen sequel, we’re loving that Clary’s story lives on through McNamara in Freeform’s hit series. We also love that these two amazing actresses finally got around to meeting each other! Here’s hoping they run into each other again somewhere down the line!

Shadowhunters airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on Freeform.
