Calling all Malcolm in the Middle fans! You might be getting another dose of the hilarious family — but this time, in movie form.

On Sunday, Bryan Cranston participated in a Reddit AMA interview alongside his current movie co-star, James Franco. While it was intended to help promote the film, Why Him? things quickly switched to Malcolm in the Middle and we’re not mad about it.

On fan asked the Breaking Bad star when the Malcolm in the Middle movie will happen and Cranston surprised us all by revealing there has been talks about it.

“There has been some conversation about that,” Cranston wrote back to the fan on Reddit AMA. “I don’t know if or when that could happen. I guess we have to gauge the temperament of the fans to see if it’s something they want. But maybe. It would be fun to play with all those people again.”

It’s been 10 years since the Fox comedy went off the air and there are still many fans who want to see Frankie Muniz aka Malcolm, his father Hal (played by Cranston) and the rest of his wacky family back together again.

The good news is that revivals are all the rage these days with Fuller House on Netflix and the four-part series of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life taking over the entertainment world.

Plus, if Cranston is on board all we need is five more main characters (Malcolm, his brothers and his mother) to give it the green light and then it would be up to the fans to scream for more Malcolm.

In the meantime, you can see Cranston play another dad, this time one who does NOT approve of his daughter’s boyfriend in Why Him? which hits theaters on December 23, 2016.

What do you think of a Malcolm in the Middle movie? Are you clamoring for more from the dysfunctional family?
