There’s a new trailer for Wonder Woman out and it gives us some great insight into the superhero’s mindset!
The new teaser provides us with our most in-depth look yet into the highly anticipated Wonder Woman film, lead by Gal Gadot.
Interestingly, Wonder Woman’s thoughts on the human race seem to be fairly in line with how she felt when we first saw her appear in Batman V Superman.
“I used to want to save the world— this beautiful place,” says the superhero right at the beginning of the trailer. “But the closer you get, the more you see the great darkness within.”
All of that seems to change, however, when the Amazon princess comes face-to-face with Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor, and suddenly becomes intrigued enough to help him on his plight to fight “the war to end all wars.”
As the trailer catches us up on the deadly nature of the war, it soon becomes apparent that Wonder Woman won’t sit idly by and watch the world burn.
“I cannot stand by while innocent lives are lost,” says the superhero.
From there, we’re treated to some great shots of Wonder Woman wielding her skills as she heads into battle— there’s even a great shot of her using her Bracelets of Submission to dodge an oncoming bullet!

Overall, the jam-packed trailer does a great job of setting up the story and we’re even more excited to watch Gal Gadot kick some serious butt as Wonder Woman when the film finally hits the big screen next summer.
Wonder Woman premieres in theaters on June 2, 2017.
