It’s a beautiful thing when fandoms collide, and this meeting between a certain Stranger Things cast member and a Parks and Rec alum is bound to please fans of the hit Netflix series to no end!

The Duffer Brothers’ runaway hit may have hooked us in with its tales of the Upside Down, but one thing fans of the series haven’t been able to shake is just how much Steve actor Joe Keery resembles Ben Schwartz, who played Jean-Ralphio on Parks and Rec.

In fact, the resemblance is so uncanny, there’s even a popular fan theory going around suggesting that Nancy’s suitor is actually the bad boy’s entrepreneur’s biological father!

Thanks to the internet, the actors finally met face to face and even shared a few hilarious photo of themselves doing some good old-fashioned fatherly bonding.

“Dad and son meet because the Internet,” tweeted Schwartz on Tuesday (Sept. 20) along with a photo of himself and Keery shaving in the bathroom.

After, Schwartz uploaded another photo of the duo twinning hardcore in a pair of identical plaid shirts.

“The Upside Down Parent Trap,” wrote Schwartz along with the photo.

The actors also filmed a short video — check it out below!

We love that both Schwartz and Keery have clearly embraced the father/son theory just as fully as fans online have– here’s hoping the new pals get to hang out again soon!
