Chloë Grace Moretzz has grown up in front of our eyes both on the big screen and on the red carpet, but has her style really changed? The 19-year-old actress posted a now-and-then photo of herself posing, and rocking pretty much the same look more than 10 years apart, and she still looks flawless, and more or less the same.

On Friday, Moretz shared a throwback photo with a side-by-side comparison of two big red carpet moments where she wore a very similar styled dress and we love both of them. On the left you see the Brain of Fire star at the premiere of her very first movie, The Amityville Horror, back in 2005. She’s wearing an adorable pink dress, with pleats throughout and flowers everywhere.

On the right, the stunning Georgia native was pictured at the 2015 Academy Awards wearing a gorgeous, grown-up version of the dress. This time it was gold and strapless, but there are still the pleats and flowers throughout. Plus, her hand placement is identical in both shots! All Moretz wrote was, “Trippy,” next to the photo and we definitely agree.

Moretz might be a major film star now, but 10 years hasn’t changed the actress that much, at least when it comes to her red carpet style. Acting wise however, Moretz has definitely evolved, especially now that she’s made 55 movies and is ready to call the shots when it comes to her career.

At the 2016 French Film Festival, where she received the Rising Star Award, she revealed that she had a realization which resulted in her stopping her filming schedule after she wrapped two movies in November.

“So I pulled the plug on all my movies because I want to reassess who I am and find myself with my roles again,” Moretz told The Hollywood Reporter. “I’m realizing that I can slow down.”

We’re all for taking “me time” and reassessing what you want, but fingers crossed Moretz doesn’t stay away from film for long!
