With Matt LeBlanc returning to network TV with the new CBS sitcom, Man With a Plan, everyone wants to know if any of the actor’s former Friends will be popping up to pay him a visit on the new show. Now, we’ve finally got an answer.

In a recent interview with EW, LeBlanc revealed that there are currently no plans to have any of his former Central Perk pals appear on the show — not even Matthew Perry, who stars on CBS’ The Odd Couple.

“We’re on a break. Because there’s no plan to have anything like that. The most logical one would be Matthew [Perry] because he’s on another CBS show [The Odd Couple] and they’re right next door, but there hasn’t been any talk for any of that yet,” LeBlanc told EW‘s Dan Snierson.

As much as we would have loved to have seen a mini Friends reunion or two on Man With A Plan, there’s no doubt in our minds that the series will be pretty great all on its own.

In it, LeBlanc stars as a contractor who must take on some extra fatherly responsibilities after his wife decides to go back to work. We imagine there’ll be lots of hilarious parenting hijinks in store when the series finally makes its grand debut.

Also starring Kevin Nelon and Liza Snyder, Man With A Plan premieres Oct. 24 on CBS.
