Shonda Rhimes may be synonymous with Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal, but long before she ruled Thursday nights, she was the mastermind behind a little buddy road trip movie called Crossroads.

The cult coming-of-age classic famously starred Britney Spears, Guardians of the Galaxy’s Zoe Saldana, and Orange Is the New Black’s Taryn Manning as three childhood friends trying to reconnect before venturing off to college.

It’s been over a decade since Crossroads drove right into our hearts, but it’s clear that the film is still near and dear to Rhimes’ heart. The showrunner, who wrote the screenplay for the film, even spotlighted Crossroads recently on Instagram.

"Dreams change. Friends are forever." A little #Crossroads #tbt from here at the Shondaland offices!

“‘Dreams change. Friends are forever.’ A Little #Crossroads #tbt from here at the Shondaland offices!” wrote Rhimes along with a picture of a poster from the movie.

Rhimes isn’t the only one who has fond memories about working on Crossroads— both Spears and Manning have spoken out about being down to reunite for a sequel.

Spears even reached out to Saldana on Twitter back in 2014 after the Star Trek actress sang her praises on Watch What Happens Live.

“@Zoesaldana Truly the sweetest, thx 4 the kind words. Nothing but great memories of working w u. Crossroads pt 2?” wrote the “Piece Of Me” singer.

We’d totally be down for a Crossroads sequel, but given everyone’s busy schedules, we’d settle for a Crossroads reunion!
