No matter how many years fly by, these TV sisters and real life friends have stayed as tight as ever.

This summer has been filled with TV reunions, but this one might be one of the coolest. Actress Beverly Mitchell, who ’90s kid may remember as Lucy from The WB’s 7th Heaven, took to Instagram recently (Aug. 17) to give a shoutout to her former cast member and real life friend, Jessica Biel.

“To say I love this girl is a gross understatement,” captioned the 35-year-old in the pic of her, her daughter and Jessica. “One of my most favorite people on the planet! The girl I always know has my back and has been through it all with me! Going on over 20 years of friendship and I couldn’t be more grateful! I love you @jessicabiel You truly are my soul sister! Thank you for being you and always let me be me!”

The ladies were obviously enjoying a low key day, with Beverly rocking overalls and Jessica wearing minimal makeup.

Mitchell and Biel played sisters Lucy and Mary Camden on 7th Heaven from 1996 to 2007. Just like Beverly’s captioned pic implies, the girls have gone through growing pains together on TV for years. The ladies dealt with everything from high school drama to family obstacles, always having each others backs. Lucy and Mary’s relationship was one of the closest on the show, so it makes sense that the women would still be friends off screen to this day.

Beverly now has two kids with husband Michael Cameron while Jessica is the proud mom of 1 with hubby Justin Timberlake.
