The Good Wife may have come to an end after season seven, but fans already have an upcoming spinoff to look forward to!

CBS confirmed that they wouldn’t be fully closing the door on the series’ universe back in May by announcing a spinoff starring Christine Baranski and Cush Jumbo, which would be set one year after the events of the Good Wife series finale.

Of course, the fact that a spinoff is happening leaves room for fans to wonder if we might see some familiar faces return. One such character many would like to see come back is none other than Stern’s former in-house private investigator, Kalinda Sharma.

So what are the chances we’ll get to see Alicia’s former pal once more? According to actress Archie Panjabi, it’s about 50/50. As reported by E! News, while speaking to reporters at TCA Summer press tour, Panjabi revealed that she hasn’t had time to think about whether or not she’ll be stepping back into Kalinda’s fabulous knee high boots.

“I don’t know, to tell you the truth,” said Panjabi, who exited The Good Wife in season 6. “Like I said, when I unzipped the boots, I knew it was the right time, so I don’t know. I’d have to sit and think about it.”

As much as we’d love to see Panjabi return for the spinoff, we guess we’ll just have to get our fix of the actress when she begins her stint on season 2 of Blindspot.
