Britney Spears just dropped some huge news with regards to her new album!
The “Piece of Me” singer may be busy with her Las Vegas residency, but that hasn’t stopped Brit from hitting the studio and working on new music. In fact, Spears took to her Instagram on Wednesday (August 3) to reveal that fans can expect her ninth studio album, Glory, to drop on August 26.
“#Glory. My new album & the beginning of a new era,” wrote Spears. “Available 8/26 on @applemusic. Pre-order tonight at midnight ET and get #PrivateShow instantly.”
In addition to revealing the glowing album art, which features a close up shot of Spears herself, the singer also revealed some other vital information about her new album in the caption of her photo.
Most notably, Spears pointed out that Glory would be available to stream via Apple Music, and that anyone who pre-orders beginning at midnight ET tonight will also get a brand new track, “Private Show,” as in instant download.
Spears already dropped one summer hit in the form of “Make Me…” so we’re definitely looking forward to seeing what she has up her sleeve as far as her new album goes!
