Fans may love Corbin Bleu for his portrayal of Chad in High School Musical, but we’ve got a soft spot for another one of Bleu’s Disney Channel Original Movies. We’re talking of course about 2007’s Jump In!

The flick featured Bleu as an aspiring boxer named Izzy who finds himself competing in a double dutch tournament alongside his friend, Mary (Keke Palmer). Izzy and Mary’s story may have taken center stage but if there’s one character we just can’t forget, it’s Izzy’s adorable little sister Karin (Kylee Russell), who totally stole the show with her sassy personality. If you’ve been wondering what the actress who portrayed her has been up to all these years, it turns out, she’s all grown up and working on some of our favorite shows.

Russell, who is now 19, has had guest starring roles in a slew of TV series including Just Jordan, Chasing Life, and even current Disney Channel favorite, Girl Meets World. Acting aside, a quick look at Russell’s Instagram page reveals that the actress is also a singer/song writer. It turns out, she also frequently sings with famous sister Chelsea Tavares. For her part, Tavares is also an actress and chances are, you’ll recognize her from Nickelodeon’s Unfabulous and ABC Family’s Make It Or Break It.

“I had so much fun working on an episode of Girl Meets World! They’re the greatest people ever! My inner child was screaming. It’ll be a while, but I can’t wait for you all to see!,” wrote Russell in March.

We’ll definitely be looking forward to seeing what’s next for Kylee Russell now that we know she’s still pursing acting and singing!
