A sequel to a beloved dance movie is about to take “center stage” on Lifetime!

Next month, Lifetime will premiere the next installment of the Center Stage franchise when Center Stage: On Pointe debuts on the cable network. The third sequel to the cult 2000 film, On Pointe will feature appearances by a number of familiar favorites. The O.C.’s Peter Gallagher returns as American Ballet Academy boss Jonathan Reeves, while Sascha Radetsky and Ethan Stiefel will be reprising their roles as Charlie and Cooper Nielson, respectively.

Center Stage: Turn It Up stars Kenny Wormald and Nicole Munoz are also back as Tommy Anderson and Bella Parker, while Dance Moms cast member Chloe Lukasiak will also appear as Gwen, a talented dancer prodigy who competes at the camp.

On Pointe will center on Jonathan Reeves’ attempt to imbue the American Ballet Academy with a more contemporary style of dance. He enlists Charlie, Cooper, and Tommy to recruit dancers to compete at an intensive camp where the winners will be selected to join the Academy.

No need to count 5-6-7-8, you can watch the first promo for the hotly anticipated sequel above.
