Brace yourselves, romance fans. The latest trailer for Me Before You is finally here, and it’s devastatingly romantic.
Jojo Moyes’ beloved tale about a young quadriplegic who’s all but given up and the colorful caretaker who breathes life into his world won’t be hitting the big screen until June, but fans everywhere are already falling in love with Will Traynor (The Hunger Games’ Sam Claflin) and Louisa Clark (Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke).
Given the latest trailer for the upcoming romance drama, it’s not hard to see why! In it, we see the beginnings of a beautiful love story unfold before our eyes as Will and Louisa banter about life outside of their home town.
Just like in the book, Will is trying to convince Lou that she needs to strive to want more than what their sleepy town has to offer, and Lou, in return, is trying to convince Will that there’s still a life that’s worth living despite being stuck in a wheelchair. In the end, it looks like they both manage to convince each other that adventure is out there as they twirl around the dance floor in Will’s wheelchair. What follows is an adorable montage of clips that’s definitely got us even more excited than we already were for Me Before You to hit theaters!
Me Before You opens in theaters on June 3
