**This post and corresponding poll were updated on 4/18/2016 to include the departures of Castle’s Stana Katic and The Blacklist’s Megan Boone.**

Saying goodbye to a beloved TV character is never easy, and neither is the aftermath of seeing how their exits affect the shows they’re leaving.

With so many favorites announcing their departures from some of the biggest shows on TV this month, we’re looking to the future to see how the loss of some of these characters will ultimately change the dynamic of the series they’re exiting.

We’re sure you have a ton of thoughts on the matter as well, so just like we asked you which long-gone character you’d love to bring back ASAP, we want to know which recent TV-exit you think will be the biggest game changer.

Will Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Damon’s (Ian Salvatore) departure from The Vampire Diaries after season 8 completely shake things up on the long-standing drama? Or do you think Katie Cassidy’s surprising exit from The CW’s Arrow will have a bigger impact on the series going forward? Can Ichabod (Tom Mison) survive without the help of his trusty partner Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) on Sleepy Hollow? And what about Castle? With star Stana Katic exiting after season 8, will you tune in to watch Rick (Nathan Fillion) solve crimes without Beckett by his side if the series is renewed?

* = Actors who were added after the poll was created.

Check out our poll above and vote for which recently announced TV exit you think is the biggest game changer. After you’re done, don’t forget to sound off in the comments and let us know why you voted the way you did!
