Taylor Swift is making us cry again.
Earlier this week we shared a video of Swift singing to 7-year-old cancer patient Jordan Nickerson during a visit to Boston Children’s Hospital, but as it turns out the “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” frolic wasn’t the only stop on her heartwarming tour.
During the surprise visit, the singer-songwriter also ended up performing an impromptu version of a Adele’s “Someone Like You” after stumbling across a keyboard in another patient’s room. The patient, who is battling Leukemia, accompanied Swift as she spiritedly attempted to remember the lyrics to Adele’s popular single. “Are my lyrics right?” Swift sheepishly asks at one point.
After the charming duet, Swift delivers a double high five to the patient to go along with an unforgettable memory.
In the original upload of the video, Swift’s “Someone Like You” collaborator wrote that accompanying Swift was “the most amazing moment” of his life. “She is super nice and cordial and probably made everyone’s day here at the hospital,” he continued. “It was so great of her to come out specially to visit all of us here at the hospital.”
