1. Nick Cassavetes, the director of The Notebook, revealed during a recent interview that Ryan Gosling tried to get Rachel McAdams kicked off the set of the beloved romantic drama. “Ryan came to me, and there’s 150 people standing in this big scene, and he says, ‘Nick come here.’ And he’s doing a scene with Rachel and he says, ‘Would you take her out of here and bring in another actress to read off camera with me?'” [VH1]

2. Case anything but closed. BBC One announced that Sherlock will return for an all new special followed by three new episodes! Shooting for the special and new episodes will begin in January of 2015. [MTV]
