There is no doubt contestants will have a hard time choosing between Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams on The Voice next season. The duo bring decades of experience perfect for turning a young, wide-eyed singer into the next big star. But will the pressure of coaching a team competitively against fellow superstar coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine be too much?

PeoplesChoice.com recently caught up with current coaches Shakira and Usher and asked them how they think Stefani and Pharrell will do as coaches.

“They’re going to be naturals at this,” Shakira said.

“I’ve also been in front of him as an artist having him analyze and help me find myself musically,” Usher said about his good friend Pharrell. “I think he has what it takes.”

Pharrell is no stranger to The Voice. He visited “Team Usher” as a mentor in season four during the battle rounds.
