Can you believe it’s been almost 10 years since the highly quotable and immensely rewatchable Mean Girls entered our lives? From “On Wednesdays we wear pink!” to “You go, Glenn Coco” all the fetchest quotes from Mean Girls have delightfully infiltrated our everyday conversations. We all have our own personal favorite Mean Girls quote, but what about the stars of the film?

During a recent Sundance Film Festival appearance a reporter asked Rachel McAdams about her favorite Mean Girls quote — that’s right Regina George herself! Which quote did McAdams choose? Was it, “Whatever. I’m getting cheese fries,” or perhaps “Made out with a hot dog? Oh my god! That was one time!”?

Find out by watching the video below!

What an upset! It appears that McAdams has not one but two favorites. We officially declare this a tie between Gretchen’s “I don’t think my father, the inventor of the Toaster Strudel, will be too pleased to hear about this,” and Regina’s infamous question, “Is butter a carb?” Better luck next time, Glenn Coco.

Rest easy, Gretchen. You finally made fetch happen. Now, it’s your turn. What is the BEST Mean Girls quote? Tell us in the comments!
