The YouTube Awards premiered its inaugural awards show, Lea Michele reveals the A-list star who helped her after Cory Monteith’s death, Britney Spears releases a new track, Kristen Stewart says she got her rear molded during ‘Twilight’–those are just some of the buzzy headlines that have got us clicking this morning.

Eminem, Taylor Swift and Macklemore picked up trophies at yesterday first-ever YouTube awards show. The event, hosted by Jason Schwartzman, directed by Spike Jonze and live streamed (of course), also had acts like Korean pop group Girls Generation winning big thanks to the fan-driven voting system. Lea Michele reveals that friend and fellow Gleek Kate Hudson was a huge support during the time following Cory Monteith’s death. In the new issue of Elle, Michele reveals that she stayed with Hudson to avoid the media maelstrom after news broke. “No one knew I was there,” she says. “I’ll never really be able to thank her, truly, for what she did for me.” [Elle]

Britney Spears released a new track from her upcoming Britney Jean album, but unlike the party-hearty dance anthem “Work B–ch,” “Perfume” is a softer ballad that the pop star said has a more personal backstory. “‘Perfume’ is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone,” she told E! Online. “Everyone’s been through an insecure moment in a relationship that’s left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that.” You can listen to the track now. [Entertainment Weekly]

Also on the new music release front, Justin Bieber unveiled another new track as part of his Music Mondays series. This time the song is “Bad Day,” a tearjerker ballad about having trouble letting go after a break up. “And that moment was so hard for me to breathe/Cuz you took away the biggest part of me,” he sings. After news a of blood clot scared fans around the world, Austin Mahone reveals he’s on the mend. Two weeks ago the YouTube star was hospitalized with what was originally thought was the flu, and as per doctor’s orders, was forced to cancel his 10-city tour. Mahone says he’s almost back to his normal self and has spent this hiatus researching for his tour. [People]
