Lady Gaga, Eminem and Arcade Fire to perform at YouTube’s first-ever awards show

YouTube announced today that it will unveil its inaugural awards show November 3 with performances from Lady Gaga, Eminem, Arcade Fire and more to fete the video channel’s increasing influence in the music industry. Performances will (of course) stream from Moscow, Seoul, London and Rio during the live show in New York City, which will toast the most-watched videos of the last year.

The event will be directed by Spike Jonze and hosted by Jason Schwartzman. Check out all the info from Schwartzman himself:
