Plus he’s easy on the eyes and being married to Nicole Kidman with a small child and all — that kind of spotlight & scrutiny — can’t be easy, right Plus, and maybe its just a gut lie that on stage but when he says he had that much fun on tour I gotta beleive him. Colleen- you said it perfectly!! I saw him in concert- I’ve seen The Stones, U2, Genesis, etc. And NO ONE comes close to how talented Keith and his crew are… They are amazing!!! You haven’t seen a real concert until you have seen Keith… Believe me….
For all you KU negators, just make a point of attending one of his concerts in 2010 … Keith Urban has been one of the most consistent and highest achieving music artists of the last 5 years and he is respected by his ever growing band of fans and his peers as a singer, songwriter, musician and entertainer – with two Grammy performance awards in his keeping and nominated for 4 Grammy Awards in 2010 … KU IS #1
I’m sad that Jason Mraz didn’t win. I’m not a country music fan, at all. And I have nothing against Keith Urban…seems like a sweet guy. But Jason is an AMAZING artist! I’ve been to see him twice this summer and I was blown away at how he sounds so much better live! I never thought that was possible!!!
What happened to the other categories, I wonder? Jason was also nominated Favorite Music Collaboration, with Colbie Caillat for “Lucky”. Off to see what happened there.
